Our Process

We currently use 3 different techniques to create our custom work. Sandblasted engraving, laser etching, and vinyl applications. We have described each process below including what they can or cannot do.

Sandblasted Engraving
By using this process, we are able to engrave your designs in an endless combination of possibilities! First, we apply our vinyl templates and protective taping by hand to ensure precision and quality. Then, each piece is individually blasted, washed and prepped for shipment. Whether its one glass or a thousand mugs, a large mirror or a small shot glass, or even a stainless steel mug, your design will be etched forever!

Things to remember about this engraving process...
  • There are no minimum or maximum quantity limits for your order.
  • Our prices include prepping and cleaning of items.
  • The markings are permanent. They cannot wash or wear off as they are actually carved into the surface.
  • We are able to sandblast glass, stainless steel and chrome finishes.
  • Etching creates a white frosted appearance so there is no option for color with engraving. However, we do have some options to apply a dye or paint to some products for color

Laser Etching
We use an Epilog Laser to etch your creations into nearly any type of surface! This process begins by uploading your design or picture to our computer. Then we inspect the image to ensure it is free from defects or irregularities. Once the image has passed our quality standards, your product is then loaded onto the etching platform where the etching starts. Upon completion, each item is carefully inspected by hand for any defects and to ensure quality. Items are then prepared for shipping.

Things to remember about our laser etching process...
  • There are no minimum or maximum quantity limits for your order.
  • The size of the item cannot exceed 12" x 18". For items longer or wider than this, please contact us directly as we may still be able to etch it.
  • Our prices include prepping and cleaning of items.
  • The markings are permanent. They cannot wash or wear off as they are actually etched into the surface.
  • We are able to etch into marble, wood, leather, glass, plastic, acrylic, granite, coated metals and more.

Vinyl Applications
This process is great for adding your designs to just about any smooth surface! Like our laser etching process, we start by uploading your design or image to our computer. They are inspected to ensure it's quality before being printed on our vinyl printer/cutter. After it has printed, we remove the extra vinyl pieces and apply a clear tape over the design. This allows the image to be transferred to the product or surface with precision and in one piece. We then look over the decal one last time to ensure it's quality before packaging it and shipping it to you.

Things to remember about our vinyl applications...
  • There are no minimum or maximum quantity limits for your order.
  • Decal sizes range from as small as 1/2" all the way up to 22" x 48"
  • We include a applicator kit with each decal order.
  • Decals are semi-permanent and can be applied to any smooth surface. They can even be applied to surfaces that are exposed to the outdoor elements.  When following proper maintenance guidelines, decals can last for years!
  • Hand washing is required for cleaning. These decals are not dishwasher safe.
